Terms & Conditions
All of the work that I undertake is subject to the following terms and conditions. You will be held to these terms and conditions once I receive a written confirmation that you wish to hire me to complete your project requirements, based on my quoted fee.
My Fees
As outlined in my pricing my fees will usually be quoted on a fixed cost basis. This cost will be clearly outlined to you and what the scope of the work entails before work commences.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made within 30 days of invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices will be issued on your acceptance of the final draft of the project.
Cancellations
Should you choose to cancel the project after I have started, I reserve the right to charge you 50% of the remaining agreed fee. Should you cancel the project after we have begun, you will be liable for the full fee.
Non-Disclosure and Client Confidentiality
I will not disclose any confidential client information and am happy to sign an NDA. I will also do my best to ensure that any information with which I am entrusted remains secure at all times.
Insurance
I am fully insured by Policy Bee.
